Olympic wooden chess is a good alternative to inlaid tournament chess in size 4 (king height 75 – 85 mm).

The set consists of a wooden, hand-painted and burnished chess case and classic Staunton-style chess figures, the same (only unencumbered) as used in CH94 tournament chess.

The figures are finely carved and pleasing to the touch, with good texture. Also noteworthy is the impeccable build quality, including the locks, they are reliable and strong.
